Something that annoys me...

Something that annoys me...
Audrey Hepburn was the face of Givenchy, ambassodor of Unicef, actress, ...
Paris Hilton is a berk, went to prison, only famous for being rich, ...

So why did people dress her up like in Audrey's most famous picture? Audrey poses with ease, and Paris has only one look: Big nose with piggy eyes.

I'm trying not to make an entire rant, but what kind of idiot would try and impersonate a fashion icon when 'The Berk' has no taste and would only make a fool of herself.

Music!!

I LOVE music!
David Bowie (all his songs are FABBY! But I like Dancing in the Street; Sound and Vision; Heroes; Starman; Ashes to Ashes; Life on Mars), Queen (So fun... Killer Queen; Another one Bites the Dust), T. Rex (Funky! Get it On; 20th Century Boy; Ride a White Swan), The Beatles (I love all their songs!), The Blues Brothers (Everybody Needs Somebody to Love; She Caught the Katy) U2 (Sunday Bloody Sunday), Blur (Parklife), Oasis (Lyla; The Hindu Times)
Keane (So good! Crystal Ball especially), Scissor Sisters (All of them! =] ), Sara Bareilles (Love Song), Gabriella Cilmi (Sweet About Me)
And Coldplay (uh... all of them! Viva la vida; The Scientist; Violet Hill are my fav music videos)

If I had to say what my fav song is, then it's either Get it On by T. Rex, Love Song by Sara Bareilles or some Coldplay song, either Viva la Vida, or Violet Hill, or Clocks, or Speed of Sound, or ... (I'm v. indisicive =])

Post and say what your fav song is!

More Films!

I also love Forrest Gump (fantastic! a must see for everyone - but you do need to know a little about the '60s). Tom Hanks is fantastic for this role of a really stupid man who lives an amazing life! You really must see this.

A
nd of a completely different category, Wuthering Heights. O. M. G. Sure, I'm a sentimentalist when it comes to films based on old books... Jane Austin's Sense and Sensibility, for example. That one had me crying. But that was a few tears. For Wuthering Heights, I was sobbing on my mother's shoulder when Heathcliff curses Cathy, the woman he loves that just died, to wander the earth to torment him, because even that would be better than this emptiness without her. Just the way it was filmed, where and the way he was standing, how he said it, made it the most moving film I've ever seen. (probably mostly for girls - I say this because my brother didn't seem to like those sort of things...)
